The 6-month variable introductory APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is based on The Wall Street Journal Prime Rate (“Prime”) (7.50% as of 12/19/2024) minus 2.01%. Prime may change at any time and is subject to change without notice. If Prime increases or decreases during the 6-month Introductory Period, the variable introductory APR and minimum required payment will correspondingly change. The Introductory Period begins on the date of account opening. Line increases to existing HELOC’s are not eligible for this offer. After the Introductory Period ends, any and all remaining balances will automatically convert to the variable APR per the terms of the HELOC agreement. Variable APR is based on Prime plus a margin and will vary with Prime. Your APR will not exceed 7.00% above the initial APR. Apart from this “Rate Cap,” there is no limit on the amount by which the rate can change during any one-year period. The HELOC term is 30 years: 10-year draw period, 20-year repayment period. Subject to credit approval. Property insurance is always required and flood insurance is required where necessary. Certain property types are not eligible collateral. Title insurance and appraisal are required on lines over $400,000. The maximum loan-to-value ratio is 90% for Primary Residence based on credit score. Maximum loan-to-value ratio is 80% for Owner Occupied Second Homes. Monthly payments required when there is a balance. Minimum line amount is $25,000. Maximum line amount is $1,000,000. A $400 application fee applies. Additional fees may apply. The combined amount of all third party fees for a line of credit generally total between $450 ($25,000 line) and $5,000 ($1,00,000 line).
