Fraud Email and Text Notifications

To help detect fraud, we are pleased to offer email and text alerts on debit card transactions.

If we detect suspicious activity on your debit card, you’ll receive an email and text message. You can respond directly to the text message. If you indicate the transaction is fraud, your card will be blocked and you’ll receive another message with a number to call for follow-up. If you confirm the transaction is valid, the system will mark it as legitimate and nothing else needs to be done.

IMPORTANT:

Ambler Savings Bank will never send a text asking for your account number or other personal information.
Fraud alerts are the only texting service currently at Ambler Savings Bank.
The text will always come from a short code (five digits) and never a full phone number.

Updating Your Contact Info:

Please ensure we have your current contact information. You can update your info through our online banking, mobile app or you can contact us directly. Instructions can be found at the link below.

How to update your mobile phone number and email for alerts:
1. Log into our online banking or the mobile app.
2. Click the upper right dropdown and select “My Profile”.
3. From the list of options, choose “Change Phone Number” or "Change Email Address".
4. Enter the updated contact info you wish to use for fraud notifications.
5. Click “Update”.

How do I sign up for Fraud Text Notifications?
Debit card holders are automatically enrolled with your primary phone number on file.

If you are not sure what number is on file please call us or update your contact info through online banking or the mobile app under the “my profile” drop down.

How do I opt out?
You can reply to any text message with STOP to opt out.

How do I enroll if I opted out already?
If you had previously enrolled but decided to opt out and want to be re-enrolled, please contact us by phone at 866-272-4550 or visit any branch location.

If you have any questions or ever see a suspicious transaction on your debit card, please call 215-646-8400 or 866-272-4550.

Order Checks

You can reorder checks by calling Ambler Savings Bank at 215-646-8400 or 866-272-4550, visiting one of our branch locations, or placing an order online.

To reorder your checks online, you will need your check reorder form located in your last order of checks or one of your current checks. For security reasons, you will not be able to change any of the printed information on your checks, such as a name or address change, during the online reordering process.
